Forced assimilation/pay for abuse
11/23/10
Filed papers in court; where person did not know what to do with the papers/how to file them; told them that if they did not know what to do with the papers and they work there everyday imagine where person filing papers is. The papers stated how system used to abuse/rob person of rights/wealth; that recently one of their participants promised plaintiff $90.00 to pay light bill; then at last moment the defendant changed their mind; which left plaintiff without lights and heat; that the plaintiff was living in house full of holes; where friend of defendant has not repaired the holes/windows as part of abuse of system; that plaintiff's relative had blocked and helped system of abuse of plaintiff and that as a result plaintiff relative had interferred with plaintiff's wealth/social relationships and the reward was given to defendant and that while plaintiff was living in a cold house, no lights; no food;that defendant who's wealth was accumulated at plaintiff's expense and abuse and that plaintiff is seeking relief from the effects of the all of the
abuse of the system of forced assimilation.

Accicdental DEATH
11/22/10
Apprx: 3:00 pm
Now at local Community College, in which I came in; asked about their LAW books; asked about the LAW for wrongfull dismissal from a job; the white male librarian (who approached me and asked me if he could help me) took me to a set of LAW books
(Green "General Statues of North Carolina") in which he look in one of the guide books; looked at me; said, "No! There is "WRONGFUL DEATH" WITH EMPHASIS on the last word. I ignored his statement; then a few minutes a go; he came over to the computer that I am at and said, "You are "FOCUSED"; AREN'T YOU?" African American females who do not serve white males are not allowed to FOCUS; it means the person may be accomplishing something. In the city of Winston-Salem, just about evry African American female is secretly subservant to white males; like a secret club.
Common thread-white male-death to any African American female who isn't intimidated by their system of slavery of African American females and they say "NO!" He has been at the community college for a long time; have seen quite a few times; never spoken to him; now I know why!
His last name is G-or-d-n. He calls hisself using a mind control techniue-authority figure-do as told; now image fAfrican American students (fresh from hight school coming into an invironment of such; some of them probably reconize; the others probably can feel his degrading attitude; with no one to tell; it is part of their EDUCATIOIN; what they can look forward to from not ALL white males; but those who are working in secret.
And then again he could be telling me he is a part of a group that watches whoever goes towards the LAW books and that's what they do to African Americans who try and use the LAW books.
So if there is an accidentaly DEATH; Mr. Gordon is a participant because based upon the Civil Rights Act 1964; discrimination/communication of threats in the form of verbal communication is considered just as illegal as conduct/physica threats.

Thank you God that the rebuke of "Socialpeacest" shall leave the face of the earth within 24 hours; especially all particiapting in the "PAULETTE" through mind controlat and through the winston-Salem Forsyth County 5th Street and Carver Road Branch Library in Winston-Salem North Carolina. or some would call it organized
witchcraft. WORD FROM THE LORD; check it out-it's in the bible=King James Bible Pslam 55:15=let death seize upon them, [and] let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness [is] in their dwellings, [and] among them. THEM INCLUDES=ALL THOSE INVOLVED-S----- -------- ------; ------b--- -------; W------------ ------- ------ ----------. ------- -----A--. GOD DON'T LIE!!!!!
The rebuke of "Socialpeacest" shall leave the face of the earth within 24 hours; and all who have participated in removing my gloves on 11/19/10-they get the honor of getting to leave twice as quickly; and espcially the white male/sent by the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library to try to intimidate me on 11/19/10 while I was walking home. Now how do I know that-because The Mazie Woodruff Center closes at 3:00pm no security guard conviently for the Carver Road Public Library=white male can can come in and harass whoever he wants and nothing will be done.; The cameras should have white male/yellow jacket with "STEELERS" on jacket-11/19/10.
And everything done?mind-control,etc./concerning "PAULETTE" shall leave the face of the earth!
Thank you God for EVERYBODY AND THING DONE -MIND-CONTROL,ETC. "PAULETTE"SCHEME LEAVING THE FACE OF THE EARTH 24 HOURS.
And EVERTYTHING Done for a PURPOSE; I speak "CURSE THEM THAT CURSE THEE" and EVERY
D-M PURPOSE you BASTARD create; let DEATH seize upon that PURPOSE and YOU!; and let ALL OF YOU GO DOWN QUICK INTO HELL; for wickedness in in YOU and your D-M PURPOSE; but as for "SOCIALPEACEST"; GOD WILL SAVE ME EVERYTIME.
BASTARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have been/are stalking me so bad that they tricked the guy who wants to date me (ex-=girlfriend name paulette-highly uneducated so easy to manipulate)into beinging in a location so that they can manipulate him; he knows that I sometimes go to that place and whenever he goes; they threaten him if he tries to date me. They also have the area blocked off so that people can't go to the center of the library; they have to go downstairs and go through an areas that looks like a prison=intimidating=if you want to get specific/specialized knowledge=expect to encounter the environment that leads to prison; message to people=knowledge that you get in the library does not work; it only leads to prison; if you want to make it; be a slave and do what you are told=that is to African Americans?
Those participating in scheme would include the people who the public thinks is in charge and those behind the scenes:names/positions located and placed on various disk, cd's, etc. notorized papers in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; throughout the United States and Outside the United States.
Stalking Behaviors
Waiting at the victim's workplace or in their neighborhood
Persistent phone calls, text messages, emails, letters or notes
Placing messages in the media
Sending gifts from the seemingly "romantic" (i.e. flowers and/or candy) to the bizarre (i.e.
pornographic gifts)
Breaking into the victim's home or car
Gathering information on the victim: contacting people who know the victim; searching public or
personal records, or the trash, for information.
Surveillance:
-persistently watching the individual
-employing detective agencies to watch the victim
-using cameras, audio equipment, phone tapping, or bugging the victim's home or
workplace
-installing spyware on the victim's computer
-installing GPS tracking systems on the victim's car or cellphone
Manipulative behavior (for example: bringing legal action against the victim, or threatening to
commit suicide in order to coerce the victim to intervene--all methods of forcing contact with the
stalker)
Defamation of character: the stalker will often lie to others about the victim, trying to limit their
options and weaken their support network. This isolates the victim, making them seem more
vulnerable, and gives the stalker a feeling of power and control.
"Objectification": the stalker derogates the victim, thus reducing them to an object which allows
the stalker to feel angry with them without experiencing empathy. It helps the stalker feel they
are entitled to behave as they please toward the victim. Viewing her/him as "lesser," "weak" or
otherwise seriously flawed can support delusions that the victim needs to be rescued, or
punished, by the stalker.
Threats and violence: the stalker uses threats to frighten the victim; vandalism and property
damage (usually to the victims car); physical attacks that leave abrasions and bruises (mostly
meant to frighten); less common--physical attacks that leave serious physical injuries, or sexual
assaults.
Cyberstalking: electronic mediums, such as the Internet, are used to pursue, harass or contact
another in an unsolicited fashion. The stalker may install spyware on their target's computer or
cellphone, and use an Internet connection to upload the information they gather. They may loiter
around forums they know their target frequents, even joining the forums in order to contact their
target, or contact other forum members the target interacts with. Cyberstalking is an extension
of the physical form of stalking.
Gang stalking: stalking by multiple perpetrators, or one perpetrator is able to convince others to
assist in his/her stalking and harassing activities against a victim.

11/16/10
Sent question to the Library of Congress on 11/15/10; this morning walking to library;dead black bird at the entrance to the driveway where I usually come into the library; there were a large percentage of people=white females=; little later one kicked my chair; then left when I informed the security guard and the head librarian=???? It lshould all be on the Winston-Salem Public Library camera;
also called where they denied me access to the internet and informed me it may be three months before the computers would work=? female that works there said; OH! call back tommorrow; they are working on them now!; she lies;part of her "M'O" to harass people.
she told me that she just saw the head man go into his office; when I went to knock on his door of his office; there was no one there; he was still in the gym; so the question is when will the computers be back up;know not to believe her; and she feels comfortable with lying and technically harassing people; because she has been authorized to do so; they let her know who she can and who she can't.

ADVERSARIES TURNED INTO COLLABORATORS" by Bisso
11/15/10
Ask a librarian a question= what do you call it when two people who are suppose to be on opposite sides are actually working together; the librarian said temporary collaborators; lwlhich I googled the term and and a book came up titled "ADVERSARIES TURNED INTO COLLAGORATORS" by Bimissmo ;which is what they do the AfricanAmericnas inWinston-Salelm, North Carolina. All African Americans who do do work with/collaborate with what is being done to the African American community is ORDERED to PREACH; and if they don't they stay up under constant attack!
For instance right now at an African American librarky; there is nothing in it but 'HISPANICS'; also a yellow "CAUTION SIGN " out front=part of their system of control to control whoever they want at the library; they know I know a lot of the African Americans and they will give me a ride; hispanics are brought into the country as collaborators and know to attack those identified as not being a collaborator/that is not a color thing.
Oh!; other option=African American female assign to computer next to me in pink=or be gay???????????
So if anything occurs negative to me; the city; etc. are fully involved.

All who read this comment "PLEASE call 727-8000 and ask the Winston-Salem Forsyth County city link to stop the local city recreation centers from limiting African Americans from having access to use of public computers and the internet and to ask them to stop harassing the citizens who want to use and have access to the internet.
Went to local recreation center where all the connections to internet were off; but there was One computer that person could get to WORD. Purpose of access to the word is because that way I can type all my information; can’t put it on the internet; therefore that would make them able to use the information before I could put it on the internet; and make it look like I was using their information rather than vice versa.
Checked with the head man; one they promoted to local recreation center to create negative environment; which was kind of pointed out; what he said when I asked for a copy of the rules of use; was that they don’t have one; have to go to the local library Only local library or Winston-net can issue a copy of the ”rules of use”; all of it is the same at the local library and the recreation center.
Head man had his boss on the phone and handed it to me; I asked the head man when was the internet going to be up ; that I had used the internet on Friday with no problem; boss of head man of recreation center said that the “INTERNET will be down up to February or March(by then they think they will have done to me what they want); asked if I could get a statement to that fact; the boss of head man said “NO” they don’t give statement; he said the technicians are working on the internet; I asked if all the technicians were white males and he said “yea!” then he said to me : Everybody already know who you are; wherever you go there is a problem with the computers; then he named the places that I had been on the computer and was denied access to the computer. When ever I said something the boss of head man kept saying “PREACH sister PREACH.” (Harassment); in other words you will not be allowed to do anything else in this community but
preach because that’s all the city allows for people who don’t/won’t be an accessory/abuser to help deny people of their rights/money, ie access to the internet; neither will you make money any other way except preaching.
Which includes why the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library will not address the issue relating to the Federal law which states that whoever receives money for a purpose cannot deny any person the right to access the equipment which the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library did (harasasment) and they did it again through the Winston-Salem Forsyth county Public Library; they also l had an authority figure parked outside in the parking lot if I decided to get angry(harassment).
So let me preach-"Kill any and every thing that interferes with your right to be who the real God told you." Oh! but do it nicely; especially to the ones who read your communication; follow you; interfere with your life(and remember kill doesn't necessarily mean to do it physically; do like they do; like denying me access to the internet; find ways to deny them access to things; you CAN do it!.
And to all you white males who KNOW what your white counter parts are doing to abuse African American men, women and children God said you will be answering for it.
The Denial of Access to the internet through the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Winston Net Computer Program part of a system of abuse to hinder regular citizen from informing outside sources of the abuse that they are doing to African Americans; and by denying a citizen access to computers at the recreation centers where a person can stay on the internet for seven hours, etc. it regulates/CONTROLS their access to the INTERNET. Controls their communication; like during slavery days and controls their access to make money on the INTERNET.
Oh and a lot of it may be the fact that over the week end; my being hungry; family had a dinner; prior to the dinner the day before some of my relatives went to eat at "CITIES" a restaurant on the outskirts of the city; which is communication to the city they can do what they want to me. So since I ate the food they think it means I am in agreement.

Habeas Corpus
11/13/10
As was obsservingout of the window; considering why trees/bushes had been cut to produce paths; thought about the fact that when I would go and visit the palace where the guy who wants to date me worked; one of the other people (males) would try and communicate with me; and one day he causally mention that he was moving. My response was what difference did it make to me and looking at my response he said OH! I stay around the corner from you; which after I thought about it; I had seen him in a yard around the corner. Tdhen I remember how the next couple of days after he told me that that an authority figures vehicle began to be parked in the drive way which technically could be behind me if a path were created and just about the time that I thought about that; I saw a deer/yes a deer then another one and they ran accross the pack of the yard; along the path in the back. They were cute; and at the same time; knowing certain things; with certain knowledge situations can appear to be one way in acutality they are the opposite.
For example after studing the United States Constitution; the 14th Admendment; came across a word"abridge"- to lessen, reduce, decrease which is what they have been doing to me; on the other hand the antonym for abridge includ EXPAND, LENGTHEN INCREAS, ENLARGE, which is what they have been allowing my earthly sister to do; HIDE AND "SECRET"; like maybe a secret club=???????
And the other issue is Habeas Corpus- which basically means that if someone is holding you, you have lthe right to bring them to court and ask them to answer why; If they don't have a good reason they have to lety you go; They have been holding me psychologically and allowing my earthly sister to expand.
They say do unto others as you would have them do unto you!!!!!

Habeas corpus (Latin meaning "you are to hold the body" i.e. "you should arrest", the conventional incipit of medieval arrest warrants in England) is a writ, or legal action, through which a prisoner can be released from unlawful detention. The remedy can be sought by the prisoner or by another person coming to his aid. Habeas corpus originated in the English legal system, but it is now available in many nations. It has historically been an important legal instrument safeguarding individual freedom against arbitrary state action.
A writ of habeas corpus is a summons with the force of a court order, addressed to the custodian (a prison official for example) demanding that a prisoner be taken before the court, and that the custodian present proof of authority, allowing the court to determine if the custodian has lawful authority to detain the person. If the custodian does not have authority to detain the prisoner, then he must be released from custody. The prisoner, or another person acting on his or her behalf, may petition the court, or a judge, for a writ of habeas corpus. One reason for the writ to be sought by a person other than the prisoner is that the detainee might be held incommunicado. Most civil law jurisdictions provide a similar remedy for those unlawfully detained, but this is not always called "habeas corpus".[1] For example, in some Spanish-speaking nations, the equivalent remedy for unlawful imprisonment is the amparo de libertad.
Habeas corpus has certain limitations. It is technically only a procedural remedy; it is a guarantee against any detention that is forbidden by law, but it does not necessarily protect other rights, such as the entitlement to a fair trial. So if an imposition such as internment without trial is permitted by the law then habeas corpus may not be a useful remedy. Furthermore, in many countries, the process may be suspended due to a national emergency.
The right to petition for a writ of habeas corpus has nonetheless long been celebrated as the most efficient safeguard of the liberty of the subject. The jurist Albert Venn Dicey wrote that the British Habeas Corpus Acts "declare no principle and define no rights, but they are for practical purposes worth a hundred constitutional articles guaranteeing individual liberty".[2]
The writ of habeas corpus is one of what are called the "extraordinary", "common law", or "prerogative writs", which were historically issued by the English courts in the name of the monarch to control inferior courts and public authorities within the kingdom. The most common of the other such prerogative writs are quo warranto, prohibito, mandamus, procedendo, and certiorari. The due process for such petitions is not simply civil or criminal, because they incorporate the presumption of non-authority. The official who is the respondent has the burden to prove his authority to do or not do something. Failing this, the court must decide for the petitioner, who may be any person, not just an interested party. This differs from a motion in a civil process in which the movant must have standing, and bears the burden of proof.

Stalking list!!!!!!!!!
Copy of an article about a judge who filed suit against ex-employer; which is confirmation of the ONLY remedy is a mental remedy; imagine judges knowing that if the side against S---'s -l-- they are under the treat of being forced into whatever mental institution S---'s -l-- decide. Kind of helps explain why attorney had/has no probelm in cooperating with communication of threats to avoid a similar plight. And the manager of S---'s -l-- has a hispanic name=Raul Saenz ?????
Also while at local recreation center around the corner from house while waiting for the person in charge of the recreation center to come back and open up the recreation center; the local postman/white male appeared in United States Postal Truck as I began sitting on park bench, threw up his hand; first time he ever waved at me;so I made a few phone calls and informed the people of his presence and where I was located; also he parked mail truck BEHIND the recreation center so that it couldn't be seen by general public.
spoke with a dept of labor and asked them who addrsses isue of threats of confinement if person obtains work and they said call the authorities; I told them, I think they already know; then they said go higher and I said; because of prior knowledge think they already know. Verification is based on a list that is posted on the STALKING sight in which a person can see wheather or not they think they are being stalked=?????Which is listed below; total there are thirteen spearate items on the list but a total of seventeen issues for a person to be concerned with; And all but one quailfies as a concern. And each situkation in some form or shape have notified some form of authority figure that each sitiuation and incident occured; but still with no results=the harassment completely stops; as I told person at a department of labor that it will not stop until somebody on the inside tell them to stop. They said well that ain't me and I told her that's what everybody says. Then said call back if I can be of more assistance.

A. And on the Winston-salem Forsyth County libary page they had a picture of a hand like it was waving and printed on top of the hand was the word "Job" on the right hand and "LESS" on the left hand and then in the bathroom was a NOTICE from the local Forsyth County medical center with a picture of a hand that read "Germs not wanted" which is form of communication=When at one of the local public places guy who wanted to date me who has a learning disablity and can't hardly read waved his hand at me; the communication is a form of mind control for him to think of me as a germ; so don't want a germ; not to mention they are putting him through the same type of programsthey tried to force on me(he can't read); he thinks it is a good thing.
B. Have heard on a least three occassion on the local WSJS NEWS radio station where people with epilepsy can/should/or shouldn't concerning pregancy=earthly sister is an epileptic(sp)=???
4. Sending gifts from the seemingly "romantic" (i.e. flowers and/or candy) to the bizarre (i.e.pornographic gifts)-NA
5. Breaking into the victim's home or car -have had my house broken into by people who are participating in the system of abuse; did not call authorities because they already knew; those who paarticipate in the system of abuse; do not do anything with prmission or instructions.
6. Gathering information on the victim: contacting people who know the victim; searching public or personal records, or the trash, for information.-Constant survveillance and in my case at least since a teenager-by authority figures.
7. Surveillance:

workplace-Authority
D. installing spyware on the victim's computer-Winston-Salem Forsyth County public library and recreation centers
E. installing GPS tracking systems on the victim's car or cellphone-Authority
8. . Manipulative behavior (for example: bringing legal action against the victim, or threatening to commit suicide in order to coerce the victim to intervene--all methods of forcing contact with the stalker)
9. Defamation of character: the stalker will often lie to others about the victim, trying to limit their options and weaken their support network. This isolates the victim, making them seem more vulnerable, and gives the stalker a feeling of power and control. Authority-why family members who may want to help/communicate don't or like the local attorney said;word gets around about people who act different-and you will act different if you don't know if you can walk down the street without the treat of harassment,etc..
10. "Objectification": the stalker derogates the victim, thus reducing them to an object which allows the stalker to feel angry with them without experiencing empathy. It helps the stalker feel they are entitled to behave as they please toward the victim. Viewing her/him as "lesser," "weak" or otherwise seriously flawed can support delusions that the victim needs to be rescued, or punished, by the stalker. -Authority-they are entitled to behave as they please -basically because of how they dogged out my daddy/robbed him of his rights that they decided that he did not have.
11. Threats and violence: the stalker uses threats to frighten the victim; vandalism and property damage (usually to the victims car); physical attacks that leave abrasions and bruises (mostly meant to frighten); less common--physical attacks that leave serious physical injuries, or sexual assaults. Authority/co neighborhood participants-broke car/then broke windows out of the car/last week stole the top of the back equipment in back area=and local authority co-neighborhood participant, two doors down simultaneously cut down bushes in back to make it easier to access certain area.
12. Cyberstalking: electronic mediums, such as the Internet, are used to pursue, harass or contact another in an unsolicited fashion. The stalker may install spyware on their target's computer or cellphone, and use an Internet connection to upload the information they gather. They may loiter around forums they know their target frequents, even joining the forums in order to contact their target, or contact other forum members the target interacts with. Cyberstalking is an extension of the physical form of stalking.- Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Library and recreation centers.
13. Gang stalking: stalking by multiple perpetrators, or one perpetrator is able to convince others to assist in his/her stalking and harassing activities against a victim.-Authority co-neighborhood participant next door that ignored the upcoming element in the harassment procedure who broke out three of my windows and the glass in my front screen door.

Municipal Judge Bellamy files suit against S---'s -l--

By JAZMINE ULLOA/The Brownsville Herald
BROWNSVILLE — A Brownsville municipal judge has filed a lawsuit against a local
S---'s -l-- its owner Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and a manager at the store in a customer service dispute that the judge said led to his court-ordered confinement at mental health facilities.
The lawsuit by Municipal Judge Phil Bellamy, 46, comes after he filed a lawsuit against several Rio Grande Valley mental health facilities where he was held during January and February on court orders, as well as a number of health-care professionals and administrators there.
In the lawsuit involving S---'s -l--, filed in state district court, Bellamy accuses the defendents of making a “false report to the Brownsville Police Department alleging (he) was guilty of disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.”
The customer service dispute erupted on Jan. 12 between the municipal judge and manager Raul Saenz at the S---'s -l-- on West Alton Gloor Boulevard, court filing state.
Bellamy said in a prior court hearing he attempted to purchase a pair of diamond earrings for his wife but was questioned by store employees because of the unusually high cost of the jewelry.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. did not return phone calls from The Brownsville Herald about the lawsuit.
On Thursday, the S---'s -l-- manager, Saenz, said he did not remember the dispute and was not aware that a lawsuit had been filed against him. He declined further comment.
Bellamy filed another lawsuit after his release from a psychiatric center in Harlingen. He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for “grievous emotional harm” caused by what he says was “false imprisonment” and a violation of his civil rights, according to court documents.
The lawsuit names as defendants more than 30 psychiatrists, nurses, administrators, CEOs and board members at Valley Baptist Health System, Rio Grande State Center and Doctors Hospital at Renaissance. It also lists as defendants Cameron County District Attorney Armando R. Villalobos and other county attorneys and Amarak Corp. in Dallas, which provides professional and food services, facilities management and uniform apparel to health care institutions.
The defendants used the mental commitment procedure “as an instrument of oppression,” Bellamy states in the lawsuit.
“Plaintiff was involuntarily, unconstitutionally and illegally incarcerated within the walls of what passes for a mental health care system, Deep South Texas style,” the lawsuit reads. “By so confining plaintiff, and/or by allowing the same to occur, defendants caused plaintiff to suffer the equivalent of mental rape.”
Valley Baptist declined comment on Bellamy’s allegations. But in a statement, spokeswoman Teri Retana said the health center was “always respectful of everyone’s right to express opinions.”
“Valley Baptist Behavioral Health Services strives at all times to deliver the highest quality of care in an environment that is respectful of patient rights,” the statement read.
Rio Grande State Center also chose not to speak on the lawsuit accusations, finding it “inappropriate to comment on pending litigation,” according to a statement released by Carrie Williams, acting press officer for the Texas Department of State Health Services, which represents the Harlingen psychiatric facility.

11/8/10
After going to/trying top go to/ meeting this morning where I first met the attorney; long story short; god told me to call and check and see it the attorney had had a case under the NEW judge that the assigned my case to; Called yesterday and they said that my case had been reassigned to a new judge; and after thinking about it; going back and forth; decided to make the call and sure enough; the attorney had a case in 2003; lost it; whichis suppose to be communication to the NEW
JUDGE to fix the case or decide in the case of the defendent; my question is at what cost?
Anyway the attorney who originally was trying to help me, and probably still is; is still a nice poerson; trying to probably help incorporate me into their system of abuse; and casually announced that word gets about quick concerning certain people; I'm thinking that does not apply to me; which leaves me to the question of ltheir having my light bill for almost a month; asked one of lthe decons at the church how longs does it take to have person's light bill payed; he said two days; toldl him tht the attorney had had my light bill for almost a month; not to seem like a team player; he said the attorney knows how to handle your situation; but his face said OKAY: lthat doesn't make any sense; and he looked perplexed; because to him the attorney is a good person; which they are; just locked into what they are locked into; in which I have no desire to participate.
Which leads me to trying to figure out how to deal with case being reassigned to NEW JUDGE; who the attorney lost a case to in 2003.
Last night read the the article "Canadian Indian residential school system"; which was really sad; and the saddest part was the fact that the family helped by turning their head knowing their children were being abused; I guest nobody wanted to get out of line? If the microscope were applied to African American communities in Winston-Salem; the leaders could stand proud and say; Yea Winston-Salem African American communities too!
The article "Canadian Indian residential school system" was designed to rob Indians of their natural heritage; so are the African American communities in Winston-Salem set up to ROB African Americans of their natural heritage; In blog have after spoke about expecially on the W-------S---- Tra-s-t/business dealing how name Robbin was used to communicate that African American's heritage was being robbed. Sometimes my whole day was filled with nothing but people named Robbin; ROB; Robert;etc..
But more precise is the FACT that the article "Canadian Indian Residential school system" verifies/confirms that a system (about like the system(NEEDS A NAME)in Winston-Salem that they keep trying to operate in my life) actually already has existed; in this case to legally destroy Indians heritage through their children; but in Winston-Salem which would be them trying to destroy me through my earthly father heritage/name; they didnot like him; and because they say I was his favorite; they punished me to punish him. But he is off of the earth now; so WHY are they trying to continue to harass me?; must go deeper than dealing with who a person' parents are.
(Needs a name system)will be called Needs a name system @ so that the name will be-"need a name System@". The "Need a Name System" System@ doesn't just abuse children in; it abuses the whole family and not just one generation; it abuses the two or more generations at the same time. AS one thinks about it verification is first they start with the head of the African American household (males); that leaves the female vulnerable and a target to force into involuntary service or either have their children attacked (All of which is against the United States Constitution)=thus the whole family forced into forced assimilation; and the female head of household by default; train at least one of their children to yield to the forced assimilation system and serve the ones who control the system. In the Indians case it was Europeans; in African Americans case in the United States it is, "guess who?"

Stalking
Went to court not to long ago and while doing research to address some of the issues in court; came accross certain terms in which something said,"copy that; hold that, etc." One of them was relating to "STALKING", in which this morning I looked up information on stalking and sure enough all of the criteria fit, and for the record; let me say that I have it from a reliable source that if I do hurt somebody I will walk; which I informed the person at this point I do not like violence and they said but sometimes people don't leave you alone they tnink because you don't address issues or choose to ignore them that you are weak; my response was?????????
In the meantime doing a search on stalking; a lot of things I read below; I do, such as go to a public library, etc.; which is where most people go that don't have a lot of money. Then it dawned on me that those who have been harassing me; know where I go and what I do; and God revealed they have been doing it before 1975;including reading this blog.
Came into the Winston-Salem Public Library this morning 11/5/10 at aprox.11:30am;with no money; person can't go to many places. Yesterday 11/4/10 came to the public library and took certain legal books and put them on a big table, so that I wouldn't have to go back and forth; and yesterday when I left; I left the books on top of the library table. So this morning KNOWING that I have been at the library and knowing that it is their job to put up library books; was a little surprised to find that all of the books were still on the table; PRE-ARRANGED specifically the LAW books and a SLAVERY book that I had looked at; along with a book with the letter "U" in it. The books were arrange to send message that I am NOT recieving; which bring me to the REAL MESSAGE; in which this blog verifies and that is the issue of those who abuse their authority.
They have recently put a Caucasion female(very nasty attitude-do not like people of color and KNOW her job is to attack them without drawing attention)-looking at her and summing her up she is probably a Klan and was probably hired for that very reason. The fact that the books were left on the table are an indication to me that the library staff was watching me; verification of how long they have been watching me is the "BERNIE MACK show; could not figure out why all the characters in the BERNIE MACK show related to me in some way till God revealed it to me; have been using me to control a guy name Bernie; couldn'g figure out why Bernie; I didn't like hinm, he liked me; so they used me to control him. Some of the things like telling people bad things about the person lthey are stalking, etc.; butthe saddest thing about the whole situation is that all of their tips say to go to the same people; especially if they are monitoring lyour phone, internet,(they did not mention the mail; but the mail also-I can't even get my mail without lharassment) in other words the STALKERS are the people who are suppose to stop the STALKING. And after clicking on one of the links on "What to do If you are stalked they had an ad for "UNITED- WAY WAY FOR PEOPLE meaning dog the people out,etc.."; which is why no one will ever deal with what they are doing to me; what they are doing to me is a part of the "UNITED WAY FOR PEOPLE" to keep money/jobs/protection for all those who are member of the "CLUB"; and to keep money/jobs/protection from everybody else that is NOT a member of the CLUB and is considered a nuciance(sp) and a pest and everybody knows what happens to pest. Of coarse, it is illegal and ilmoral; but all the attorney's who practice law that I have encountered understand and participate in the "UNITED-WAY FOR THE PEOPLE".
STALKING is why I can't go to ANY PUBLIC place and have peace; because they have b een and are trained to monitor anybody's activities who are NOT a part of the CLUB and especially those who they consider to have enough intelligence to challenge the setup of the members in the CLUB. And they have been taught to do so in such a way as to not draw attention to themselves or what they are doing. They have had a system of STALKing me for decades; which I have blogged about the effects; they have intimidated family, friends, relatives for decades; and the sad part again is NOBODY will stop them. One of the things that the website about stalking says to do is to write down/DOCUMENT everything that has or is being done to harass a person. I have. The other thing is that they say the person usually stops work; my answer is that they also threaten the people with confinement if they work.
Also at public library=workers/clerks harass =know theyhave back up authority=why at least the first three days authority cars appeared when I walked /turned either corner.

The article on stalking is as follows:
Stalking is defined as the willful and repeated
following, watching, and/or harassing of another
person. In most cases, the purpose of stalking is to
force a relationship with an unwilling or unavailable
target. It is a crime of power and control.
Contrary to other crimes that usually consist of a
single act, stalking consists of a series of actions
spread out over time. Stalking is illegal but can
involve actions which in themselves are legal, such
as gathering information, calling on the phone, or
sending gifts or emails.
The act of stalking is a continuous process, consisting of numerous incidents. Rokkers writes,
"Stalking is a form of mental assault, in which the perpetrator repeatedly, unwantedly, and disruptively
breaks into the life-world of the victim, with whom they have no relationship (or no longer have)." For the
most part, the separate acts that make up the intrusion cannot by themselves cause the mental abuse,
but taken together they do, as there is a cumulative effect.
Recent Stalking Statistics--The 2009 U.S. Department of Justice Report
In January of 2009, The U.S. Department of Justice released a report based on a national crime victims
survey of stalking and harassment victims. Below are just a few of the statistics of this 16 page report.
During a 12-month period an estimated 14 in every 1,000 persons age 18 or older were victims
of stalking.
About half (46%) of stalking victims experienced at least one unwanted contact per week, and
11% of victims said they had been stalked for 5 years or more.
The risk of stalking victimization was highest for individuals who were divorced or separated—34
per 1,000 individuals.
Women were at greater risk than men for stalking.
About 43% of victims stated that police were contacted at least once regarding the stalking.
Male (37%) and female (41%) stalking victimizations were equally likely to be reported to the
police.
Approximately 1 in 4 stalking victims reported some form of cyberstalking such as e-mail (83%)
or instant messaging (35%). Electronic monitoring was used to stalk 1 in 13 victims (i.e. GPS
monitoring, bugs, phone tapping, video).
46% of stalking victims felt fear of not knowing what would happen next.
Nearly 3 in 4 stalking victims knew their offender in some capacity.

Stalking isn't taken seriously
In conjunction with the Network for Surviving Stalking, the University of Leicester has been conducting an
ongoing, international survey of stalking. They report:
Half of the victims responding to the survey reported being told they were being paranoid or over-
reacting when they confided to friends and colleagues about their stalker.
57% of victims said they did not go to the police when their stalking problem started for fear of
being ignored or laughed at.
A sixth of victims in the Leicester study said they were told they were lucky to receive such
attention.
A third of these victims said that prior to being stalked, they’d thought that only mentally ill people
were responsible for stalking.
Patterns
According to the U.S. National Center For The Victims Of Crime, 1 out of every 12 women will be stalked
during her lifetime. 1 out of 45 men will be stalked during his lifetime. Over one million women, and
nearly 380,000 men are stalked annually.

What To Do If You
Are Being Stalked

What to do if you are being stalked =>

In the article "Stalkers and their Victims," published in Psychiatric Times, Pathý and Mullen reported:
"The impact on the victim's psychological and social well-being is considerable. Pathý and
Mullen (1997) studied 100 victims of persistent stalking. The majority had to severely restrict their
lives by changing or abandoning work, curtailing all social activities, and becoming virtual
recluses. Over 80% developed significant anxiety symptoms. Sleep disturbance was common,
and many resorted to substance abuse. Over half had symptoms of posttraumatic stress
disorder. Feelings of powerlessness and depression were common, and nearly a quarter of the
victims were actively considering suicide as a means of escape. Similar levels of distress and
disturbance were reported in Hall's study (1998) ."
According to the University of Leicester Study:
a third of victims said they’d lost their job or relationship or had been forced to move because of
the stalking.
98% of victims reported emotional effects due to stalking. These included anxiety, sleep
disturbance, anger, depression, paranoia, agoraphobia and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Half of the victims participating in the University of Leicester study said they’d lost out financially
due to stalking.
A third said they’d paid for repairs to damage inflicted by a stalker and a fifth paid for legal advice.
In addition, stalking can effect work and school performance in several ways. The behaviors often
interfere directly with attendance or productivity and result in the workplace or school becoming an
unsafe location, or the victim's feeling they are unsafe. Further, stalking may indirectly affect a person's
ability to work due to the many adverse emotional consequences suffered such as headaches, poor
concentration, depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, helplessness, humiliation, gastrointestinal disorders,
and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), etc. Home will also feel unsafe, and the victim's ability to
function and complete daily tasks will usually be affected.
(For other effects, see Effects of Sexual Harassment )

Stalkers often ‘research’ their victims, searching public records for information, or manipulating family or
friends of the victim. The University of Leicester research reports 40% of stalkers obtained information
from people’s friends. 27% got information from their work-place and from the victim’s family. 17% of
the information came from public records.
Moreover, it is not always just the initial victim who is stalked. According to The University of Leicester
research, a quarter of victims said their children had also been targeted. A third reported the stalker
also harassed family and friends. A fifth said coworkers had been harassed.
Romantically obsessed stalkers refuse to believe the victim does not want a relationship with them.
However, stalking can also be a form of retaliation because of some perceived slight. Indeed, many
sexual harassment survivors report being stalked in retaliation for reporting their harassers.
Stalking is a crime of power and control. Stalkers tend to obsess about their victim. They may make
many plans for the future that involve their victim. Often, the great amount of time (and sometimes
money) they spend invested in stalking often leads them to believe that continued stalking is justified.
Stalkers tend to have very weak social skills, and usually see nothing wrong with their behavior.
(Normal individuals would be mortified to be caught following other people, looking for information about
them, tracking them on the Internet, leaving notes, and other inappropriate behavior displayed by
stalkers.)
Few stalkers see how their actions are hurting others, and they do not believe society's rules apply to
them. They do not believe they are threatening, intimidating, or even that they are stalking someone.
Most stalkers see all of their actions simply as attempts to get closer to their target, help them, or to gain
their love. To the victim, it is like a "prolonged rape." For more information, see Types of Stalkers.
Effects of stalking
In their 2009 report, the U.S. Department of Justice reports the impact of stalking on the victims:
46.1% reported fear of not knowing what would happen next. 29.1% were afraid the behavior
would never stop.
More than half of the stalking victims feared bodily harm to themselves, their child, or another
family member.
1 in 7 victims had to move to escape the stalker/s.
About 3 in 10 of stalking victims accrued out-of-pocket costs for things such as attorney fees,
security measures/devices, damage to property, child care costs, moving expenses, or changing
phone numbers.
More than half of stalking victims lost 5 or more days from work. (Also leads to loss of income).
Anger/annoyance was the most common emotion experienced by victims (72%). Others
reported fear (42%), anxiety (26.8%), helplessness (10%), depression (10%).
Stalking Help, a stalking victims' resource organization based at the University of Texas, reports some
effects of stalking:
93% of stalking victims indicate that being stalked had a significant negative impact on their
personal relationships.
63% of stalking victims reported conflict in their friendships as a result of being stalked. The
conflict was most often created by victims' unwillingness to attend social events where their
stalker might be present and friend's frustration because they believed the victim was not doing

Many stalking victims indicated that they had changed jobs or transferred to another school to

Most stalking victims reported that they were at a loss about what they could do to end their
victimization. Most of the tactics they tried seemed to make matters worse.
Many of the victims reported living in perpetual fear that something might push their stalker over

Stalking is defined as the willful and repeated

sending gifts or emails.
Exactly like any other crime, behaviour, or clinical disorder,
stalking exists on a continuum of severity. The stalking may
be so subtle that the victim may not even aware that it is
happening, or the perpetrator may have a sincere belief that
“if they would just get to know me, they would like me”, or that
“I just want to help them,“ with no malicious intent. Most
cases of stalking do not even rise to extreme levels of
According to the U.S. National Center For The Victims Of Crime, 1 out of every 12 women will be stalked
during her lifetime. 1 out of 45 men will be stalked during his lifetime. Over one million women, and
nearly 380,000 men are stalked annually.
Most
cases of stalking do not even rise to extreme levels of
violence or harassment.
The
conflict was most often created by victims' unwillingness to attend social events where their
stalker might be present and friend's frustration because they believed the victim was not doing
enough to deter their stalker.
Many stalking victims indicated that they had changed jobs or transferred to another school to
escape the always-present terror they experienced.
Most stalking victims reported that they were at a loss about what they could do to end their
victimization. Most of the tactics they tried seemed to make matters worse.
Many of the victims reported living in perpetual fear that something might push their stalker over
the edge and lead him to physically assault, sexually assault, or even murder them.

What To Do If You Are Being Stalked
Get the message across
Communicate to the stalker that their attention is unwelcome. If you do this yourself, do it once, and
only once. Better yet, have someone else do it for you. From then on, sever all contact with the
perpetrator as long as they are stalking you. Forcing contact is one of the goals of stalking, and you will
simply be reinforcing the behavior if you communicate directly with her/him.
Do not try to reason with a stalker, it won't work. Don't lash out or retaliate--the stalker wants your
attention, whether positive or negative, so you will just be giving him or her what they want..
Next, focus on protecting yourself, documenting the stalking, and getting help, if you need it.
Ways to Protect Yourself
There is no end to the ways stalkers track and harass their targets, and the intensity and duration can
vary. Also, one of the problems is that stalkers will use sites like this to find out ways to stalk, and ways
they are being blocked.
Below are suggestions on ways to protect yourself based on the most common forms of stalking. Apply
them as they fit your situation. For ways to get more information, see below.
If you suspect that the stalking may be a threat to your physical safety, click here for the National Center
for the Victims of Crime safety plan measures.
General Safety Tips
Change your patterns--don't do everything at the same time each day if possible, don't go to the
same places all the time....
Let your friends, family, and neighbors know you are being stalked. Circulate a picture and
physical description of the stalker.
Protect your personal information (bank account information, private records) by using a safe for
documents, and a shredder for discarded documents.
Install dead bolt locks (ask your local locksmith what is the best) and hide all keys. Non-
pickable locks, and restricted locks are expensive, but if you have the money, it may be worth the
investment. If you have the funds, install an alarm/security system.
Be very careful who you give your address, phone number, and email address to. You may want
to set up a post-office box for certain types of mail. Only give your phone number and primary
email address to people you trust. Set up alternate email accounts for strangers.
Phone:
Use caller ID to screen, and block unwanted calls or text messages.
Set up a Privacy Manager option to screen out anonymous callers. Privacy Manager directs
anonymous callers to a phone center where they have to identify themselves before their call will
be sent through to you.
If the stalker keeps calling, call the phone company and report it. Ask them to change your
phone number and keep the new one unlisted. Only give the new number to people you know
you can trust.
New info: The Seattle Police Department’s Domestic Violence Unit has found that when
stalking victims disconnect a phone number, virtually 100 percent of the stalkers escalate their
contact to in-person stalking. The Seattle Police now advise victims to get a new phone number
but keep their old phone line active and connected to an answering machine to capture any
possible evidence.
What To Do If You Are Being Stalked
Computer: (If you know the stalker has technical computer skills, do ALL of these)
Password protect your system (you can do this through your Windows control panel.)
If you have a DSL or cable connection, do not leave your modem on. Disconnect it when you are
not using your computer.
Install a VERY GOOD firewall and spyware detector, and do weekly scans. The "best" varies year
to year, so research what is recommended right now.
Backup all your documents and format your computer. This will clear out anything that may have
been installed without your authorization. (You may have to do this regularly.)
Internet: If you are being stalked or harassed on the Internet, click here for more information on what you
can do.
For more information on ways to protect yourself, contact the
National Network to End Domestic Violence: Project Safety
Net. They have a free advise hotline, free literature and a free
DVD focusing on ways to use technology against stalkers,
and ways to protect yourself if a stalker is using technology to
track you. It's a great program! (Even if the person stalking
you is not a former intimate partner, the NNEDV Project
Safety Net can help you.)
Document
Document every incident of harassment. You will be tempted to ignore the behavior, telling yourself it
will stop eventually. However, in most cases, the stalking continues. So, keep a log of what is
happening.
Document each incident, including dates, times, names of witnesses, etc. Save e-mails to a disc and
keep it at home. Do not throw away any mail or email that is related to the harassment, even if the mail
is anonymous. Do not throw away any gifts that the stalker sends you. Save answering machine
messages. If it is legal in your state, try to tape record any phone calls. Take pictures of any property
damage. Video tape and/or photograph stalking behavior (camera phones can be a great tool for
documenting stalking).
Report every incident of harassment to the police. While the legislation in many states does not allow
for police intervention unless the stalking behavior contains threats or involves attacks, police reports
are an official form of documentation and could strengthen a case later on if the stalking escalates or
becomes more extreme. Even if the stalker's behavior in your situation does not involve specific threats,
contact the police and file a report. (And they HAVE to give you an incident number, even if you can't
prove who engaged in the behavior you are calling them about.)
You might also try the FBI office in your area as the Federal Interstate Stalking and Prevention Act, 18
U.S.C. Section 2261A, was amended in 2000 to cover stalking by phone and mail, and the Internet.
Stalking By A Work Or School Employee
Stalking By A Work Or School Employee
Document your work and/or school performance. Keep copies of performance evaluations and memos
that attest to the quality of your work. Save papers and exams that have comments by your professors.
Ask for written recommendations from your teachers that you can keep on file for later. The stalker may
question your work or school performance in order to justify their behavior.
Document any negative actions that you experience because of your refusal to submit to the stalkers
demands or attentions--for example, if you are given a poor evaluation, a demotion, or low grade
because of your rejecting the stalker.
If possible, find others who have had similar experiences as you have had with the stalker, or within the
environment where the harassment is occurring.
Formal Complaints
What you can do to confront stalking usually varies from state to state. In some states, you can file a
complaint under the state statute, but only if your stalker has threatened you with physical harm. In
others, the statutes mandate that less extreme acts of harassment are sufficient for a restraining order
or police arrest. Obtain a copy of your state's stalking statute in order to gain a clear understanding of
what conduct constitutes an offense under the statute.
If you are being stalked by someone from your workplace or school, the institution's grievance channels
may be appropriate for confronting the situation.
Formal Complaints at School or Work
Begin with the available grievance channels: In the workplace, the Human Resources department is
usually responsible for dealing with sexual harassment complaints, at least initially, so this may be the
place to begin if you are being stalked by another employee at work. At school, stalking will be in the
"domain" of any number of departments: campus security, affirmative action office, ombudsman,
student affairs office, dean of students, etc. Call your dean of students office to find out the proper
channels for stalking at your school. But be aware that the primary goal of any department you consult
will be to protect the school or business from liability--ethics are not likely to guide their decisions, nor
will they be likely to guide many of the people involved in your situation. In many cases, complainants
are treated like "the enemy."
Keep notes of meetings and phone conferences: Be sure to keep detailed notes of every meeting you
have regarding the stalking, including dates, names of participants, and the meeting results. If possible,
you might want to tape record the meetings, or bring an advocate or friend so you have a witness to what
transpired. It is also a good idea to send written summaries of the results to the attendees after each
meeting. (It shows them you are keeping on top of things.)
Document retaliation: Retaliation for complaining about stalking is also illegal. Document any
instances you experience just as you would the harassment. It is likely that the majority of the hostility
comes from colleagues of the harasser, but this does not change the legality. All retaliation is unlawful
regardless of who is doing it.
Stay composed: This is very, very important. Remain calm and professional during the entire process.
Your demeanor and psychological state will be under scrutiny, and everyone involved will be questioning
your motives. Save your emotions for a private counselor's office, family, or friends outside the
harassment environment.
Consult with a legal advocate: Consulting with an experienced advocate early on can help you avoid
making mistakes in the process, particularly if you are being harassed by a superior (for example, your
employer, supervisor, or a teacher). Also, keep the consultation confidential. Getting legal advise does
not mean you plan to sue anyone, but those around you may over-react if they know you are talking to
legal professionals about the situation. (We have heard reports of people being fired when their
employers learned a lawyer had been consulted.)
If you have exhausted all the avenues and the problem continues or worsens, we recommend you
contact a lawyer (if you have not done so already). If you are thinking of taking legal action, it is best for
you to not leave school or your job without consulting a lawyer first. Note: institutions, particularly
universities, have been known to drag out investigations so that too much time passes for the victim to
file a lawsuit later on--there is usually a 1 year statute of limitations on cases. If you suspect this is
happening, go ahead and consult a lawyer now.
How Do I File a Complaint Under My State's Stalking Statute?
The National Center for the Victims of Crime Protocol (reprinted with permission)
To file a complaint that will trigger an arrest and prosecution, it must be accompanied with sufficient
evidence to establish "probable cause" that the stalker engaged in conduct that is illegal under the
state's stalking statute. If law enforcement officials do not witness such conduct first-hand, it is often up
to the victim to provide them with the evidence necessary to establish probable cause.
Again, victims would be well-advised to obtain a copy of their state's stalking statute in order to gain a
clear understanding of what conduct constitutes an offense under the statute. While most state stalking
statutes are written in laymen's terms, the exact meaning of those terms is not always clear. Victims may
wish to consult with law enforcement officials, prosecutors, or a private attorney for an explanation and
interpretation of the specific stalking statute in question.
In other words, stalking victims are often put in a position of having to first prove their case to a law
enforcement official before being afforded the opportunity to prove their case before a court of law. It is for
this reason that it is crucial for stalking victims to document every stalking incident as thoroughly as
possible, including collecting and keeping any videotapes, audiotapes, phone answering machine
messages, photos of the stalker or property damage, letters sent, objects left, affidavits from eye
witnesses, notes, etc. Experts also recommend that victims keep a journal to document all contacts and
incidents, along with the time, date and other relevant in-formation. (See, the NCVC "Stalking: Safety
Plan Guidelines," for more information concerning evidence and safety strategies.)
Regardless of whether or not they have sufficient evidence to prove a stalking violation, victims wishing
to file a stalking complaint with law enforcement officials should do so at the earliest possible point in
time. In some cases, victims may also be able to file a complaint in the jurisdiction where the offender
resides, if it is different from the victim's.
If law enforcement officials refuse to investigate, or if they are not responsive to a complaint filed, victims
may always directly approach their local prosecutor (also known in various jurisdictions as, the district
attorney, state's attorney, commonwealth's attorney or state solicitor).
It is also recommended that any person who suspects or believes that they are currently being stalked
should immediately seek the advice and assistance of local victim specialists in developing a
personalized safety plan or action plan. Victim specialists can be found at local domestic violence or
rape crisis programs -- which should be listed under "Community Services Numbers" or "Emergency
Assistance Numbers" in the front section of the local phone book -- or in victim assistance programs
located in most local prosecutors' offices and in some law enforcement agencies -- which should be
listed under "Local, City or County Government" in the Blue Pages of the local phone book.

Over one million women, and
nearly 380,000 men are stalked annually.

function and complete daily tasks will usually be affected.

The
conflict was most often created by victims' unwillingness to attend social events where their
stalker might be present and friend's frustration because they believed the victim was not doing
enough to deter their stalker.

Most

According to the U.S. National Center For The Victims Of Crime, 1 out of every 12 women will be stalked
during her lifetime. 1 out of 45 men will be stalked during his lifetime. Over one million women, and
nearly 380,000 men are stalked annually.

Why? because they know that they have a system of abuse/ the author on "Associated Content" website; identified it as modern day slavery.

Slavery in America Today
Ask a thousand people if slavery in America was illegal and you would get one thousand saying yes. They would also be totally wrong. Not only is slavery legal in the USA, but it is overly and covertly practiced every
day.
The 13th Amendment to the Constitution states: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Slavery is a social-economic system under which certain persons- known as slaves - are deprived of personal freedom and compelled to perform labour or services. (en.wikipedia.org)
Every state has involuntary servitude laws for those who commit crimes. Small crimes, that do not cause a person to be confined, are often punished by "Community Service". Demeaning work such as picking up trash by the road is usually the task assigned to these criminals. This compelled labour is not even paid a convict's wage. Rarely are a person's skills used to perform real service to their community.
Incarcerated criminals, approximately 40% of whom are black, are also compelled to perform labour. The chain gang has made resurgence over the past 20 years. One State has recently put death row inmates on chain gangs to work farm fields. Other states are currently considering leasing their convicts to growers to pick crops currently picked by illegal aliens. While they may be paid wages lower than a chinaman's sweatshop, they often produce significant incomes for their keepers.
Covert slavery has been practiced since FDR's New Deal and Johnson's Great Society. These Democrat Party programs in effect bought the political servitude of a large section of our poorest African American citizens. Through years of careful manipulation, the Democratic Party of today takes for granted that the black community will vote their way.

Then coercing the seniors into supporting the Democratic Party by their ads and subliminal threats of losing all they have if another party is elected.
The Great Society has almost single handedly placed the African American back into slavery. Its emphasis on only paying single parents has destroyed the black family, leading to fatherless youth gangs, creating more and more incarcerated criminals. "Keeping them in their place" through welfare programs that discouraged work and self-reliance, then continually telling them that only the Democrats care about their plight has made them virtual slaves to the party.
Virtual slavery and legal servitude are both legal. The first is voluntary, founded in propaganda and illiterate lower classes. The second is coerced, grounded in laws using politically acceptable terms, but never the word "slavery". If the African American community ever realizes that they have returned to involuntary servitude, they would rise up in revolution.

Copy of article located on one of blogs;put in http addres which took me to a second article; sad to say that confirmed certian concepts based opon a prior incident with the exact same concept: COMMUNITY SERVICE; where the public library tried to put me in a COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM (without judicial process) because I owed library fines; after they put me off of the internet for owing fines (Even though they recieved federal money to keep low income people on the internet, in which the federal law states that no agency can deny services to any patron that the agency recieved money for and the libray made sure that I understood how LUCKY it was. Why? because they know that they have a system of abuse/ the author on "Associated Content" website; identified it as modern day slavery.
