Slavery in America Today

11/1/10

Copy of article located on one of blogs;put in http addres which took me to a second article; sad to say that confirmed certian concepts based opon a prior incident with the exact same concept: COMMUNITY SERVICE; where the public library tried to put me in a COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM (without judicial process) because I owed library fines; after they put me off of the internet for owing fines (Even though they recieved federal money to keep low income people on the internet, in which the federal law states that no agency can deny services to any patron that the agency recieved money for and the libray made sure that I understood how LUCKY it was. Why? because they know that they have a system of abuse/ the author on "Associated Content" website; identified it as modern day slavery.

Slavery in America Today
Ask a thousand people if slavery in America was illegal and you would get one thousand saying yes. They would also be totally wrong. Not only is slavery legal in the USA, but it is overly and covertly practiced every
day.

The 13th Amendment to the Constitution states: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Slavery is a social-economic system under which certain persons- known as slaves - are deprived of personal freedom and compelled to perform labour or services. (en.wikipedia.org)

Every state has involuntary servitude laws for those who commit crimes. Small crimes, that do not cause a person to be confined, are often punished by "Community Service". Demeaning work such as picking up trash by the road is usually the task assigned to these criminals. This compelled labour is not even paid a convict's wage. Rarely are a person's skills used to perform real service to their community.

Incarcerated criminals, approximately 40% of whom are black, are also compelled to perform labour. The chain gang has made resurgence over the past 20 years. One State has recently put death row inmates on chain gangs to work farm fields. Other states are currently considering leasing their convicts to growers to pick crops currently picked by illegal aliens. While they may be paid wages lower than a chinaman's sweatshop, they often produce significant incomes for their keepers.

Covert slavery has been practiced since FDR's New Deal and Johnson's Great Society. These Democrat Party programs in effect bought the political servitude of a large section of our poorest African American citizens. Through years of careful manipulation, the Democratic Party of today takes for granted that the black community will vote their way.

Slavery in America Today
The New Deal yielded Social Security which lead to the AARP, who support and uphold the ideals of the Democrats. The AARP has led our seniors to impress their children into paying for an every increasing bankrupt Social Security system. Then coercing the seniors into supporting the Democratic Party by their ads and subliminal threats of losing all they have if another party is elected.

The Great Society has almost single handedly placed the African American back into slavery. Its emphasis on only paying single parents has destroyed the black family, leading to fatherless youth gangs, creating more and more incarcerated criminals. "Keeping them in their place" through welfare programs that discouraged work and self-reliance, then continually telling them that only the Democrats care about their plight has made them virtual slaves to the party.

Virtual slavery and legal servitude are both legal. The first is voluntary, founded in propaganda and illiterate lower classes. The second is coerced, grounded in laws using politically acceptable terms, but never the word "slavery". If the African American community ever realizes that they have returned to involuntary servitude, they would rise up in revolution.
