Now at local Goodwill/pkwy=career center=two males of the larger society=talking way to loud to be in a career center; conversation after did not sit at computer with ink pen [facing south two computer east of African American female with dreadlocks][then African american female with hospital clothes came and sat beside on the right side[west]; then two males of the larger society conversation went to jail, man and female relationship; female in jail; male and female got married anyway; prior to was talking about and emphasized the word death. On way; Cintas Truck #2 showed in parking lot of State Farm/Candice Howell-Lucas office located on trademart Blvd. accross the street from person was going to see; authority vehicle located very near. Went in office and Candice ? was on the phone picture looked different from person on phone; female of the larger society said that Candice is her boss=?;
Road route 13 WSTA-Route 13 does not accept transfers except downtown[have used transfers to Route 13 from location before=?; Route 13 does not give out transfers=?; have gotten transfer outboud on Route 13? called and there is NO place that the public can locate if a bus gives transfers or not; or if the person can transfer from one point to the next.[way they maintain control] Person told at one bus stop; can't use a transfer; but can go one corner over and they can use the same transfer=? harassment.
