United Nations Declaration of Human Rights

"Annually, State street-aid (Powell Bill) allocations are made to incorporated municipalities which establish their eligibility and qualify as provided by G.S. 136-41.1 through 136-41.4. The general statutes require that a sum be allocated to the qualifying municipalities equal to the amount produced during the fiscal year by 1-3/4 cents on each taxed gallon of motor fuel. The statutes also provide that funds be disbursed to the qualified municipalities on or before October 1, thereby allowing sufficient time after the end of the fiscal year for verification of information and to determine the proper allocations and preparation of disbursements. Powell Bill funds shall be expended only for the purposes of maintaining, repairing, constructing, reconstructing or widening of local streets that are the responsibility of the municipalities or for planning, construction, and maintenance of bikeways or sidewalks along public streets and highways. "

To the point that upon informing a WSFC Cmmer about flat screen ad with "V" [name] in center of ad, bride magazine in far right corner covered by darkness magazine; and Paula/Paulette [recent hire as harassment][also name of the WSFC Cmmer[later found out][so much so that the WSFC Cmmer changed from telling me to documment the abuse/get everything in writing to: [after coming from a meeting on 11/20/11 with the big people][where the big people of the WSFC L [CSR L] informed the WSFC Cmmer; that he was not to treat me as a citizen of the United States but not to recognized the rights that were given to me at birth] along with the communication that those who operate the system of slavery in WS,NC are in the process of building barriers to keep African Americans [ not working for people who give WSFC Cmmer's their instructions] from accesss to public privileges/respect as Citizens of the United States based upon the United States Constitution-to which the "United Nations Declaration of human rights" addresses-which the United States is a member state and therefore I claim my "HUMAN RIGHTS" for myself; family, friends and denouce all barriers established by and through a bunch of crooked ilmoral bastard[s].
And this is a request for all [OCOUS] who work specifically for [OCOUS] please exempt themselves from sitting on all future cases concerning employment discrimination because of the conflict of interest=how can any [OCOUS] sit on a case where the company and their employees are supporting the purpose and goals of [OCOUS] based upon the United States Constitution which is to make sure that all 14ACOUS are discriminated against and to ensure that the 14ACOUS do not prosper financiall and/or economically; as well as all other races who are supporting [OCOUS] goals and objectives based upon the United States Constitution=which no race is allowed to work UNLESS they support [OCOUS] economical and social objectives-ensure that [OCOUS] is the only race that maintains [OCOUS] social and financial status [full privileges with full birth rights].HUMAN BEING/Prayer Request is that if [OCOUS] are committing a war against innocent 14ACOUS that God will reveal to all 14ACOUS that are not aware so that they can defend themselves.
