NEW HOURS? NEW WAYS ALOT HAS CHANGED=?

Director of the Recreation Center just informed me that the computer lab will be closing at 6:00 pm=?? vs staying open as in the past until 9:00 pm.
When I asked if I could have the hours of the computer lab; was informed to call and ask him[director] if the computer lab is opened after 6:00 pm. Director siad-"They have classes at 6:00pm on Wensday and Thursday; all other days depend upon schedule"; when I asked for a schedule was informed by the director of the recreation center that it wasn't written down; have to call and ask=???=harassment/etc...
Also one of the assistant directors while talking to the director and the boss of the director=stated that it is DANGEROUS=??? as I was walking up to three people working for the recreation center-to inquire of how the boss of the director of the recreation center knew me=?? because I did not and have not EVER met him in person=???? And for boss of the director of the recreation center to know who I am=??????
Were they sending me a message? are they going to try and do to me what they did to my brother/MURDER? Could Director of the local community organization beside the local library who just got a NEW boss by the name of MURDOCK=KNOW that she {African American female] is suppose to help them MURDER someone=???? Think name is same as a person who cause me EXTREMELY negative situation some decades ago.
