Obama Talks To Students, Tours Classrooms

On December 6, 2010 was on the telephone inquiring Official Dept over Public library when security guard came and asked that the primises of the Public Library be evacuated; the computers/internet had been shut down without prior notice; thus asked librarian behind the desk to look up some information was making the call concerning information and out of no where the security guard asked that Public Library facilities be evacuated. Asked the security guard if they could speak louders so the person on the other end could here, which they did. Then asked security guard can you please tell me why the request to leave the facilities of the library; said that they did not know; then the reply was okay, please t ell the person on the other end of the phone that I am leaving the premises/property. The security guard did.
The person on the other end of the phone was being ask what to do when those in charge of a public facility[like the Public Library] harass/intimidate an individual. The person was in the process of telling me what to do; when then security guard came out and confirmed the harassment and intimidation. In which the person gave me some names/numbers and suggested that I give them a call, which was done; along with writing/emailing to various other individuals.
Spoke and wrote to an official on or about December 10,2010, who appologized for the delay in responding which on May 16,2011. The response read as such in official’s personal handwriting:
Person-
Sorry for the delay in responding to you, letter of March 31,2011. You are allowed to use all of the library facilities without intimidation. I hope you will find enjoyment at them.
Please follow all rules and be courteous to others and let me know :1 you are intimidated. Official’s signiture/Official tittle.
Did call official and they said; Please call me if there are any problems. have tried to call and each time am told person is busy; call back. Thus on During the second week of June , 2011 went to the main Public library where someone forgot to tell the African American male hired to participate in ethinic intimidation that one of the head people had given permission to come to the library without having to endure ethnic intimidation.
Was standing at the west end of the counter; waiting for African American male librarian to acknowledge my presence; it took so long that someone suggested that the situation should be recorded. Long story short African American male ignored my presence for close to ten minutes; as soon as a Caucasian female walked up, the African American male IMMEDIATELY responded and reconized the Caucasian female; so thinking that was rude [because the African American male along with the three other Caucasian librarians/male and female] said, exuse me; think I have been standing here over then minutes and should be waited on firsts. Response from the African American male was to reach down under the counter and immediately yell for :”SECURITY”; when security got there; explained that I had been waiting for over ten minutes with no acknowledgement of presence and that white female walked up and got immediate recogniation, in which I asked to be served first because I had been standing there so long; Caucasian female agreed because she had seen me just standing there.
Security asked the African American male-can you help library patron; he said no!; Security asked why?=(recorded?)= The African American male librarian said something which wasn’t the truth and I told them they were a lie;[then security said-library patron[called me by name-never seen the security person b efore=? said=You Know what to do=???don't argue,etc. (really I did not know what to do=why would the security think I would know what to do=???) then one of the other Caucasian Librarians came out from behind a dept-and asked what did I need with security standing beside me=??
Said that I needed the name of the book that one of the librarians had help me to find about 'ETHNIC INTIMIDATION"; the librarian said Oh! Yeah! I helped you the last time locate the book; which they went and got the book; asked what about the other book; told them that there were two books; which they were( which I have written down somewhere, but I was in kind of a hurrry); the librarian said they didn't remember; didn't look look up so I didn't get all of the information that I was looking for concerning "Ethnic Intimidation"; but did get another lesson in which the letter written to the official requested an inquiry into WHY I was put out of the library on December 6, 2010; in which the official in the letter did not tell me why they put me out of the library; like in the situation with the African American male ignoring a library patron for over ten minutes=????[no excuse for =have been going to the library for decades=first time I ever had to stand and wait ten minutes for a response][but African American male is comfortable in position-knows that is why they were hired]; in mean time would appreciate if Official could please inform of as requested in letter about being put out of library on December 6,2010 as why I was asked to leave the library as well as why African American male called security; I had been standing there for ten minutes, common courtesy would have said, you been standing here so long; may I help you.
Think the African American librarian said something about standing at the wrong end of the counter=which I have stood at the west end of the counter probably hundreds, if not close to a thousand times and recieved service from the Librarian behind the counter.
