5/27/11
Would like to apologize for the posting on blog on 5/26/11; instead of being personal=the World Book[focus on terr-r--m]http://books.google.com/books?vid=ISBN071661295X; states the situation much more professional. Will say that have contacted a lot of the organizations seeking interferance in the harassment/intimidation only to be referred to the next ogranizations; so much so that now have at least thirty years of being passed from one organization to the next [even though the World Book, http://books.google.com/books?vid=ISBN071661295X says that the organizations are suppose to address issues of disrimination/harassment;etc.c] Would like to thank the World Book for addressing the African American issue related to Unfair treatement; would like to say that the book was written-without having to look up the information; by white males-who thinks African American situation is better=and it is for those who know how to make the Cultural Transformation; but for the other African Americans that even if you paid them they wouldn't be abe to; it is not a pretty picture, in fact, if you go to: http://www2.journalnow.com/news/2011/may/23/wsmain01-unpaid-taxes-could-force-woman-from-famil-ar-1056047/ you will see a picture of a persons that verifies a person can't fight and live a life; either person will fight or will live their life, but they can't do both[one of the reasons they=??? keep telling me I can't have my life and try to give it to a sibbling because person can't do both]; and if society won't allow the person to live; they have no other choice but to fight; which results in a person being classied as mental/crazy because they are not allowed to live/kept under constant attack/stress; because society put them in a catagory=?? In other words if the females in the picture had a different color[white], everything looked at in the picture would be non existant. And thuse the World Book [focus on terr-r--m] verifies the plight of who a lot have identified as terr-r--t.
Remember seeing the female; some twenty years ago; was really happy that she had got a job and appeared to be doing better; in fact about two years ago, she seemed to be doing better; thought the church was helping her; guess now I see they weren't; but bet you somebody at the church was getting money to keep her in the dark about the real issues that shes faces; and doubt if she will ever figure them out because she is too busy trying to live in the mist of a fight that she doesn' even know that she is fighting.
And based on personal current situation=in which sibbliings with their jobs making a comfortable living=and my earthly mother leaving me out of the money/will[cause I would participate in system of abuse]=the current house which is occupied will have same appearance=because sibblings are being told NOT to do any work on the house=even though their name is on it; one sibbling hired somebody; then they were told to have person to stop the work; now house has been sitting for close to two years in need of work=harassment/abuse/Cultural Transformation; ethnic intimidation[part of the legal definition of ethnic intimidation=is the destruction of the person's property=which is what they did to house I live in=people who live beside me-broke out three windows, front glass in front screen door; and when I mention the work being completed on the house; they basically ignore me=message[don't make a fuss about the house=if you want any help from family.].
To Verify= CURRENTy road work is being done on LIBERTY Steet to BLOCK off access to anybody getting onto the expressway=and there are/were ONLY AFRIXCAN AMERICAN businesses on LIBERTY STREET; why weren't the busineses/incubators, etc. put on LIBERTY STREET; or MONEY for those businesses to be futher developed=because the goal is for NO LIBERTY /ACCESS TO ALL LIBERTY to be BLOCKED[Martin Luther King was BLOCKED]; And for HERTZ[death] to be the FOCUS of all African American
economic prosperity.

THE ATTACKS OF sEPTEMBER 11 RAISED A NUMBER OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SECURITY AND CIVIL RIGHTS IN A FREE SOCIETY. The first part of this sectionprovides a look at thetension between the

World Book ariticles that deal with civil rights. p137.

This article explors past and present attempts to find a proper balance between civil rights and national security during times of crisis.
THE STRUGGLE FOR THE RIGHTS OF AFRICAN AMAERICANS-p144= African Americans, who make up one of the largest minority groups in the United States, have been denied their FULL civil rights more than any other minority
group.
African Americans made significant gains in their strruggle for equal rights during Reconstruction, the 12 year period after the American Civil War. The 13th Amendment, adopted in 1865, abolished slavery in the states
must grant all people with their jurisdiction "equal protection of the laws."[which is what they deny certain AA]. the 15th Admendment, which became law in 1870, prohibited the states***** from denying people the right
to vote because of their race. Furing Reconstruction, Congress passed several laws to protect blacks' civil rights.
During the late 1870's, white Americans increasingly disregarded the newly won rights of black americans. The government itself ###### contributed GREATLY DENYING BLACKS THEIR RIGHTS. In 1883, the Supreme Court ruled
that congressional acts to prevent racial discrimination by private individuals were unconstitutional. ****** In 1896, in the case of Plessy v. Ferguson, , the Supreme Court upheld a Louisana law requiring separate but
equal accomodations for blacks and whites in railroad cars. For over 50 years, many Southern states used the "separate but equal" rule established in this case to segregate the races in PUBLIC schools, and in TRANSPORTATION,
RECREATION, and such PUBLIC establishment as hotels and restaurants. Many states also used literacy tests, polltaxes, and other means to deprive blacks of their voting rights.
Since 1930's, blacks have had fairer hearng on civil rights cases in federal courts[Caucasan males opinion]. The High Point came in 195 in Brown v. board of Education of Topeka. In this case, the Supreme Court ruled that
segregation in public schools is unconstitutional. In time, this decision broke down the "seperate but equal" principle.
In 1955, the Surpeme Court ordered that Public school desegration be carried out "with all deliberate speed." But many Sourther school districts contined to have segregated schools. In 1969, the court departed from its"
all deliberate speed" doctrine and orderd the integration of all school systems "at once". By the 1980's public schools in the South were more integrated that those in many Northen and Western states.
In 1957, Congress passed the first federal civil rights law since Reconstructgion. The Civil Rights Act of 1957 sest up the Commission on Civil Rigs to investigate charges of denial of civil rights.***** It also created the
Civil rights Division in the Department of Justice to enforce federal civil rights law and regulations.
