Each of Us Have A Right To Give Our Opinion
9/12/06 9:40 am est
On 9/11/06 while listening to an am radio station WSJS heard a commentator say,
"Each of us have a right to give our opinion about this country without being labeled anything else other than an American." Then the radio commerical came on and I said I wish I had heard who the person was=like to give people their due credit. And sure enough when the commentator came back on he gave his name; Dave Ross. So I wrote down the name of the Radio station and the approximate time, which was WSJS at 6:38 pm.. The commentator had been talking about how tragic September 11, 2001 was when the World Trade Towers had been knocked down and the fact that the people who did it should be dealt with. But the commentators major point was that as citizens in the United States of America, that each of us have a right to give our opinion about the United States without being labeled anything else other than an American. And I am thinking that includes African Americans because most
African Americans do not have the luxury nor have they ever (without punishment) of expressing what they live in the United States which is their opinion. And being that the media is control by people who are not African Americans, African Americans do not have access to give their opinion about not being allowed to give their opinion without some form of punishment. In fact most African Americans are in shock when they are allowed to participate as regular citizens=redo. Can I please have and exercise my right to be able to give my opinion without being labeled something else other than an American? And without being maimed; killed or abused or punished in some other manner because an opinion was given. Can I live in America as a gifted African American citizen without being labeled anything else. The anything else that Dave Ross was talking about was that a citizen should be able to give their opinion without being labeled a terrorist. I ask can I give my opinion and still be allowed to work in America. Huh can I? Can I give my opinion and still have relationships with my family members and mebers of the opporsite sex? Huh! can I?
Can i give my opinion and not have my family members maimed, killed, abused, tortured, Huh! can I? Can I give my opinion in America and not be classified as a terrorist? Huh! Can I. Can I give my opinion in America and not be killed? Huh! Can I?
I would send this to the people who decide who can give their opinion and not be maimed, abused, labeled a terrorist or killed; but I don't have their address so I will just give my opinion and publish it on this blog.

Also last week went to the local Boarders Book Store to locate a book titled "Eugenics Nation" by Alexandria Stern and they did not have the book. So I looked at some of the other books in which they were giving various types of information concerning personality development. One of the statements was that "As long as you let someone else make decisions regarding your career, dreams or aspirations; you have limited yourself drastically so that you are only as good as that person ALLOWS you to become. (p 222 Sherry Argov) It was advice that was given to women in general; but they are words that I have searched for for years. How can you become who you are suppose to be if someone else is telling you who you are; It's as if they have a crytal ball or they are God and if you don't know God a person will aloow them to tell them who they are. I have encountered too many times when they have told people who I am and when I encounter some of those same people who believed them; the opposite is true.
