Tried to respond through the local Winston-Salem Journal comment line and was not allowed top so posted on Sociology Area. The comments about the plight of the accused for fixing parking tickets went from every is doing it to they should be ashamed. Not being able to post a comment is the real shame; just like the plight of the accused whose plight has been soften because of position and connections; so it is with making a comment on the local newspaper[s] comment board about the accused; if you not one of us you don't get through to comment; about the same for the accused trusting the established system of fixing [like they fix the accused case from being thrown off the bench to two and half months without pay] making all of over one hundred thousand dollars a year [while innoncent children are suffering because someone took the money out of their life because the sorry a-- parent did not want to pay child support]. And then the same d-m system threatens the custodial parent with confinement if they work [double punishment].Where is God? And the ONLY thing that the accused [who acknowledged fixing parking tickets] gets is to lose ONLY 2 1/2 months of income from a salary of over 100,000.00. Check out the accused in a couple of months; new office; new people[females] who have been forced into involuntary service [lady of the night]that will go before the accused who will be so happy knowing those people have been forced into illegal acitivity; but happy because it will be their job to keep the sh-t rolling in their lives by passing them on like a d-m piece of meat for the next group to make money off of them. [sad to say all legal][study and show thy self approved]. Judge removed for 2 1/2 months is a show; no less. and even if put out of a job; connections will FIX it so that the accused rises up with the equivalent in some capacity.
For example, local church, daughter of the female who [God said] had something to do with stealing of twin child; was dismissed from employers of the accused once started going to local church; the next week; the daughter and her female went on a cruise; three weeks later; the daughter who had something to do with the stealing of the twin announces that her daughter is going to start a what?; a business! What kind of business?
A longera business and the local young females are going to model the underwear ; of which one of the mother[s] who can't do anything about it; female is 18 and don't know nothing; but having some money.
Underwear business is good start to support a new hotel opening up downtown and to give the young females a mindset to be attracted to things normally associated with the operation of a lady of the night business. And all females involved call themselves Christians; sad to say; if they want income; they really don't have a choice unless they want to walk around as beggars. Forcing females into involuntary servitude; lady of the night is legal [study and show thy self approved]; Fourteenth Amendment forces all person[s] under the Fourteenth Amendment to do as told; be servent to "We the People" of the United States in the first line of the Preamble. Well let me say; not being an attorney; The Fourteenth Amendment can be; has been and is being interpreted by those in charge of personal situations in Socialpeacest life; to the point that
an entire race[African American] have been removed to communicate that The Fourteenth Amendment person has to do what "We the People" of the United States say; for all those educated Christians who think
they have freedom; pay attention; only "We the People" of the United States have inalienable right[s]; unless they have the privilege of being white and a Christian.
And "We the People" of the United States in the first line of the Preamble of the United States Constitution can legally make any African American do what they say or the put them in confinement; society moving to
a better level; more freedom is an illusion. Unless tit is put in writing in the United States Constitution states that the person in the Fourteenth Amendment [African American with an African American mother and an African American father]have the same inalienable rights as "We the People" of the United States; there will never be true change to the point that African Americans can pursue the Blessing of Liberty to promote their general welfare [not foodstamps]; everytime they do; they are guilty of violating the United States Constitution; Why "We the people" of the United States think Socialpeacest should think it is a good thing to have one of their sibbling looked upon as a bigtime thug. That is all that is allowed in the African American community; any and everything that is negative and subtracts from African Americans; Any African American that strives to progress and prosper towards the social/economic development as in "We the People" of the United States society is punished. There are two societies and some African Americans [usally the ignorant and weak are allowed the privilege of working, socializing in "We the People" of the United States society for the purpose of giving the illusion of equality. The African Americans who are allowed in "We the People" of the United States society [across town] are monitored/followed/tracked very closely.
So based upon the current knowledge base; Katrina storm is an example; why those in charge at the time were calling the people in the Katrina storm -refugees; because they were not obeying the United States Consitution under the Fourteenth Amendment that they were not doing what "We the People" of the United States say; and if they don't then they are in violation of the law. Why there is never any economic g rowth in the African American community and all the economic growth is in "We the People" of the United States community; only the community of "We the People of the United States is allowed to stand and that work overtime to ensure that only the community/businesses of "We the People" stand and survive. Any African American that tries to make a living/earn an income to prosper, progress any African American, community, or business is automatically attacked; because they are violating the United States Constitution which states that the Fourteenth Amendment person cannot be seen as equal, before the law or recieve the benefits of equal protection of the law. Thus all Fourteenth Amendment persons not doing as
told are guilty of any d-m thing that "We the People" of the U:nited States say;[slavery].
Heard a financial person on the radio this morning 97.5 fm rush radio[appx.9:30am]; said that [sad to say] only money had been released to create and maintain jobs for fireman, authority, teachers [usually members of "We the People" of the United States][observe the people who have public jobs]; way to ensure a line of defense; incase a lot of people start understanding that they have been living a joke. The financial person; member of "We the People" of the United States said that no other money had been released to develop jobs for anybody else.

Fixing parking tickets are one thing; how about fixing child support cases; you know-person acquainted [father] by association who does not want to pay child support; and through association fixes it so the father exscapes paying thirteen years of back child support; even forgives the father of the back child support; which by law-only the custodial parent can do. If any one checked; fixing child support case[s][robbing children]would appear. Evreryone is not under the same law; study Fourteenth Amendment; it is a mindless society; developing into one more
evryday; costs to have intelligence[depending on who you are];
Rightousness knows no color;growing children can never go back and and get over it. Keep trying to join 2012; paid Ethnic intimidation is prevelent in education forums; the equivalent of
many vacations that children who were robbed of child support never got the benefit of; watching person vacation is an insult to children robbed of child support;serious credabiliy issue encouraged through corporations and figures in position of authority[bail out economy];"wonderful and fair" to who-people learn to put on masks; People make mistakes - people pay for it and then they move on; really [Katrina storm is symbolic of a country that has yet to move on; must be nice to move on]; only certain people get tried; others walk;if that is equal justice; then may God have mercy on the millionLet us not forget that she wont be getting paid for 2.5 months. Which = a lose in income of > $20,000.00! Has anyone on here had to suffer that kind of financal lose for trying to help a few people outs of people who have to sit a watch a circus;which statement; -" Try earning on 2000.00 a year with two degrees[one with honors] to be told that anytype of employment that is not illegal would result in confinement after seeking employment for over twenty five plus year82 cases x 1 hidden briefcase = approx. 90 tickets;there you have; person working at fixing cases before 2002;
82 cases x 1 hidden briefcase = approx. 90 tickets is probably a joke and a lot of children who had their childsupport robbed from them through fixed cases; can't tell anyone.

That's it...2 month suspension....as a Wake alumni who graduated under the 'old Honor system', she should have the good sense to simply resign both her Judgeship and adjunct Professorship. Honor and integrity actually have meaning and consequences, but maybe not in NC anymore.
How are our kids and grandkids ever going to know that living in a republic we all have responsibilities and everyone is under the law. How pathetic.
