Called and requested that first that anybody who seeks access to Duke energy account uses a password to get access; I have called at least seven to eight times myself and have been in the presence of people who sought access to the Duke Engergy account and there was no request for a password; would appreciate that password access is required before access is given to Duke Energy account;
On 12/20/11 an agency got access to account, made a commitment to pay a portion of account; lights were to be turned on before the evening was over; approx. 10:00 pm person who flash light knocked on door and wanted access to the back of yard; which I requested that they call downtown and turn the lights on and to please cut the lights on today from down town because the bill had been paid to gets the lights back on
because after Duke Engergy workers cut the tree in front of the house so that the tree would fall on the house I called and requested that the lights be cutt on and off from downtown. I have asked DUKE ENERGY to not come to the back of the house.
Would appreciate the lights being turned on today 12/21/11.
